MEET DR. CATHERINE S. SCHULLER

Dr. Catherine S. Schuller is a down-to-earth physician; she is warm, affectionate and approachable! A patient once told her that coming to see her was like seeing a longtime friend– this means a lot to Dr. Schuller because she wants her patients to know she would give them the same advice she would give her own sisters and she truly enjoys making the obstetric and gynecology care experience less anxiety-provoking for patients.

Dr. Schuller finds that she can relate to patients on many levels. She is a mom to twins and uniquely understands the world of moms with multiples. She has experienced both a C/S (for the twins) and a VBAC induction for her third child and is proud that she delivered all three children at Virginia Baptist Hospital under the care of her amazing partners. She is an excellent resource for breastfeeding education. She shares the unique joy of being partners with her husband, Dr. Cherian, and the unique fear that her children are likely educating their kindergarten and preschool classes on very interesting topics that are sometimes discussed at the dinner table. ;)

When not at Women’s Health, Dr. Schuller can be found either spending time with her family and her animals, or teaching at Liberty University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine.
